Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CA-Automator, the website and client platform operated by CA Nishant Marasini, Chartered Accountants ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website, booking an appointment, submitting an enquiry, applying for a role through our careers section, or making a payment through our online checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Who We Are

CA-Automator is the digital platform of a Nepal-based chartered accountancy practice offering audit, tax, advisory, foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate and related professional services. Nothing on this website is a substitute for a formal engagement letter — where we take you on as a client, the specific scope, fees and responsibilities are governed by that signed engagement, and these Terms apply in addition to it, not instead of it.

Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the client portal, admin systems or any account other than your own.

Appointment Booking

The appointment booking feature lets you request a consultation slot online. A submitted booking request is a request, not a confirmed engagement — we will contact you to confirm the time and, where relevant, the scope of the discussion. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly if we do.

Online Payments

Where a service is marked as payable online, checkout is processed through Khalti and/or ConnectIPS, both licensed Nepali payment gateways. We do not store your card, wallet or banking credentials on our servers — payment details are handled entirely within the gateway's own secure systems. A payment confirms your order for the specific service purchased; it does not by itself constitute delivery of that service, which proceeds according to the scope agreed for that engagement.

Client Portal

Clients granted access to the client portal are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. Documents uploaded to or exchanged through the portal remain the property of the party that owns them; access is granted only for the purpose of the engagement.
